Maybe some motivation
I’m down 15 lbs from 260 in 1.5 months. (Male 6ft) my goal is 200.
I was running yesterday and felt so amazing. The reason I didn’t want to start my diet is because I knew how much work it was going to be and it would take forever to feel good..... I was wrong!!!
Just because you’re not at your goal, does not mean you don’t feel better. Just 15lbs down and I’m more confident, happy, energized, and overall just feeling healthy.
Don’t let your goal get in the way, just get started and your body will reward you right away!
You guys help me so hope this helps you! (Also, smoking less weed helps 😜)
