220lbs need to lose 60 lbs don't know where to start
Hi everyone,
I'm 5'8" and 220lbs and in my mid 30s My weight has been constantly fluctuating... upwards. This time last year I worked my ass off and lost 30lbs, but then gained 20 lbs over the course is this year. I don't like running anymore, but that seriously does my body good. Even ran a half marathon last year, then my knee started to hurt and running became walking and then nothing.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I can't run, and winter is coming and I don't want to walk in the snow.
I need to lose weight for medical reasons now, high risk of diabetes and heart stuff. Any help is appreciated regarding diet and exercise that's worked for them.
Side note: can't go to gym, because too many unvaccinated people in my area.
I've created a small gym in my garage with some dumbbells and have a skipping rope.
Edit 2: I know diet is huge, has anyone tried nutrigenomics?
