30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 25

Maintenance calories: On it today.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): Vigoroous 30 minutre stationary bike & yoga. 20/25 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 51474/50000 words. Nailed it! I'm still working on it, honestly. Content wise I’m not done. I knew there would be a lot of extra stuff that wouldn’t be pertinent to the final when I started so I kind of expected that.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for family of choice up to & including their recipes & traditions. It’s nice to feel like even on your worst day people will feed you so when it’s not your worst day & you’re feasting together, it’s just lovely.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & make time for exercise.
