Help! I need some workout guidance
I am 23 M, 5ft 6in and weigh 67.8 Kg, was a regular to gym for 1.5 years but since Corona took over, I was stuck at home, not able to get the same motivation to workout. I didn't have home workout equipment and that was just the excuse I needed to “rest”.
A year has passed by now, I am on the edge of being overweight, used to weigh around 59-60 kg, had a toned body and would like to get back in that shape again. Have started to workout again and I am not relying on gyms to be fit anymore, so this is my daily routine for a 40 min workout session: * 25 Pull ups in 3 sets * 50 pushups in 2 sets * 100 squats in 2 sets * 30-40 mins of Jump rope (with breaks) * Core exercises (not much)
Ofcourse this is not enough.
I have a resistance band and follow athleanx exercises on youtube. I still have no weights at home.
Need guidance on how and what I should do more to get tonned and not bulky (I have a lil excess mass which I need to shred).
