Help
I was always an overweight kid . Now I’m 22 and at 82kgs 169cm . I tried to lose weight before the last summer and it worked out . Lost up to 70kgs and gained some lean muscle mass too , clothes fit better too . After Summer break all hell broke lose . Nutrition and motivation to train decreased . Ended up binging on junk and gained all the weight back . I want a sustainable nutrition and weight training guideline and how to overcome the mental part of this . I always wanted to play sports really well but I have extremely weak endurance specially where short bursts are required . Any help would be appreciated :)
