Annoyed people saying to stay same weight
Hi guys I am 28 years old 5ft 6.
3 months ago I weight 73kg (this was clearly fat as I was skinny fat ) may have even weighed up to 75kg as i was reducing my food for 2 months before that but didn’t know about cico
I am now down to 67kg and I’m saying to my friends that I want to lose 2kg more they keep saying I’m fine and that I should be worried as its not healthy for me .
They have also said that I’m too obsessed with calorie counting (bear in mind I havnt actually calorie counted in 1 month and I’m just starting again )
It is annoying that people don’t support you and instead they put a negative on it such as “you will start getting eating disorders “
Even when I first started I used to say “wow I can’t eat that that’s like 500 calories but I can have some “
They were like I’m becoming obsessed
Am I over thinking this or are they just not supportive ? I really havnt even calorie counted for 1 month as I thought I could eyeball it , and I generally was just more aware of calories I eat and moment I say I’m doing it again they say I’m obsessed and to be careful
Anyone have any similar experiences ? I want to be 65kg as my ideal weight and I’m sure for my height its still healthy so I’m just confused by people saying this.
Bearing in mind I don’t have much muscle as I don’t go gym (for now) so being high in weight can’t be good for my body
