i can’t lose weight for some reason after losing a lot
basically i started this summer, i went from 80kg to 62-65kg, lately i’ve been losing weight slowly, like i’ve been eating less and eating healthy, and i’m also getting exercise, i know that muscle is denser than fat so that may be it but i still look fat, i have a healthy bmi and am also building fat, i’ve been trying to get rid of my fat, mostly located at my stomach area, i don’t see any improvements, i still look fat and honestly i don’t know what to do anymore
i try to eat 1000-1500 calories a day and eat protein and avoid sugar, i try to keep my carbs under hundred, i also walk for an hour daily and exercise, drink water etc... my friend says that i might be overeating my proteins but i don’t think so, i always eat an egg and only sometimes eat something else like chicken etc... i eat fruit for fiber but almost daily and i don’t overdo my fats
