I’m fixing my diet for good
14 Male, 6’3 (190.5) and 170 pounds
I work out every day (swim for 3 hours and go to the gym 2-3 times a week) but my diet is garbage, which has led to me being around 14% body fat. I have fixed my diet to mainly eggs and other healthy things like that.
Almost all of my fat is stored on my stomach tho, like pretty much 0 on legs 0 on arms and all on stomach. I have kind of a beer belly I guess lol, just wondering how long until I would maybe see results from this?
I’m a competitive swimmer and practice it pretty much every day, I just am sick of being like the only guy there with any sort of belly fat, I also plan on lifting more and going to the gym more (my older brother (17) is basically lives there)
Just feeling sick of my body despite being relatively in shape ig, maybe it’s just wanted abs idk just curious on a time span
