Looking for Advice to get back into Shape
Hello all I am new to the world of fitness, I have been reading and exploring this subreddit, and I am looking for help and guidance, first a little bit of background information about me and my current health state,
M 24, not genetically gifted, BFP 20 to 25 % range, and weight at about 80 Kilos. I was never much physically active as a kid, I have sacrificed my physical health for the past 3 years to help me get to a respectable job, now that I am here, I am not myself anymore, I am genuinely ashamed to look myself in the mirror.
I recently joined the gym, got a membership for 6 months, although I try my best I am unable to life heavy weights, currently my goals are just to lose all the excess flab around my mid-section and get some definition, at the moment I don't have any muscle mass on my body, which is why I think it is hard for me to lift heavier weights, and this demotivates me.
I want people to advise me on the following:
- Body recomposition, how to do it over the next few months?
- How to lift heavier weights?
- How do I get myself motivated to not skip workouts?
- How do I make myself stronger mentally and physically?
