My plan to lose weight, how long will it take?

Hi everyone, I’m an 18 yr old male looking to lose weight and thought of a plan but need to make sure it’s right.

I currently weigh 80kg and i stand 5”10 tall. My goal is to reach 70kg

My plan: I’m looking to do intermediate fasting to lose that weight. I’m going to be doing the 18/6 rule as that’s usually the time I eat anyways and only have 2 meals a day, so won’t really be a challenge for me. The only reason I put on weight is because of my night time snacks, which I now will be cutting out.

My daily calorie intake is around 1300. I also will be doing some exercise which include skipping daily for 10-15 mins and Sit ups, I also will be doing bicep curls. Not much as I’ve been told that I don’t really need to lose weight that much and not looking to be shredded.

Please let me know if my plan is good enough and also how long you reckon it will take to reach my Goal.
