Tips/tricks to lose 40 pounds for my April wedding?
So, I'm a 22-year-old female and I currently weigh 180 pounds as of this morning. I'm 5'3" so my ideal weight would be around 120 pounds. I'm getting married April 18 of next year and my goal is to be 140 pounds by then. I want to start getting serious about losing the weight because I want to feel good and look good in my wedding photos.
I just recently graduated with a degree in Nutrition Science, so I know all about healthy eating and I do eat clean for all my meals, with the exception of wings or pizza every so often. Most of the weight I have now is weight I gained from my high school years. But my biggest problems when it comes to food are 1) my snacking and 2) I have an AWFUL sweet tooth.
When it comes to exercise, I actually love working out, and my permanent goal for after I get married is to be 120 pounds and slightly toned. My biggest problem when it comes to exercise is actually getting myself to the gym. When I am at the gym, I love it and I feel so good afterwards, I just need to motivate/discipline myself enough to get up and go.
I need some help improving my snacking habits, staying away from sugar, and consistently going to the gym. If I can tackle all of those, I know I can get to my goal. Does anyone have any useful tips?
Thanks in advance!
