Winter's coming and my usual walks might have to be put on hold. What are some good ways to stay active and on track if I struggled with the gym in my last attempt?

With me being stuck indoors due to having covid, I've got a bit more time than usual to think about what to do in the coming months. Winters over here are far from the nicest and they're usually the time of the year when I'm the hungriest, but 2 years ago I stopped my last attempt because even while reducing the amount of effort and the number/length of the sessions, working out was badly draining me and making me stressed and hungry as I've been physically weak since birth. So far I've had no issues staying on track and I've lost 10kg with relative ease, not least because my longer walks are a great source of stress relief, but what are some good ways to keep this up through the winter if I'm as physically weak as I am and I end up having to put those walks on hold for a while?
