Back on the horse

I was kind of on pause over the winter, but that pause turned into gaining 8-10 lbs back. Not the end of the world, but I'm starting to tackle this again. 35 lbs to get me down to that magical BMI of 22, but we'll see how I feel when I've lost the first 20 and go from there.

Less sweets is the big thing. I just had a stroke if genius and I think I'll store my chocolate in my husband's shop. That way, I have to really think about it because not only do I have to go outside, but it's about a 400 ft walk. So I can't get it on a whim.

I also have to figure out exercise. I'm limited because of my combination of health issues (MS and anhidrosis (no sweating) from the MS). But I should be able to walk in the evenings when it's cool enough, plus incorporate some Pilates or something.
