Please help with advice on calories and fitness idk what to do 😅
So I started my weight lost about a year ago I was 95kgs I ate in a deficit and lost 20 kilos bear in mind I had a full time cleaning job so I was burning a lot
I am now 73 kgs and have been eating 1600 calories but haven’t lost anything in four months I now have an office job and I’m not as active
If I started gym 3 times lifting weights a week and 1 nigjt a week dance class went for wee walks how many calories should I be eating to lose body fat and tone my body and drop more on the scale I need some advice I want to get down to 60kg by December
I am female 22 164cm and 73kgs/160 pounds and work in an office full time
