Bulk or cut?
Hey guys,
I would like to discuss my progress. I started in March. I was 80 kg.
177 cm, 78 kg, 24 yo.
I work out 4 - 5 days a week at home only with dumbbells (maximum of the weight I can get from dumbbells is 15 kg on each one).
First day - biceps + triceps
Second day - back + chest
Third day - legs + abs
Fourth and fifth is the repetition.
I don't do any cardio (my main cardio is walking ~ 7000 steps a day).
I eat for about 1800 kcals a day (that means my BMR), sometimes little bit more (maximum is 2000).
~ 120 g of proteins minimum
~ 250 g of carbs
~ 60 - 70 g of fats
Cheat meals max 3 times a week.

Should I continue with recent routine? Or bulk? Cut? I think I should maybe a little bit more (maybe 2000 - 2100 kcals a day).

Important:
When I was 15 yo I weighed about 100 kg at 167 cm, I lost significant amount of weight in short time - for about 30 kgs in one year (at one point I lost 13 kg in 2 months because of horrible diet and overtraining, I have little bit of loose skin). Till today I have little bit problem with eating (I'm afraid to eat more because I don't want to get fat again).
