I’ve been losing weight for 3 years and as of right now I’ve lost around 7 stone.
Three years ago I was sitting around on my PlayStation and had no energy and was pretty damn lazy.
I didn’t work. I didn’t drive and I didn’t have motivation to do anything. Then I remember I went downstairs and my little girls (twins) wanted to play. They was 3 years old and I didn’t have the energy. One of them cried. I felt so bad.
From that moment I wanted to lose weight. I got a job. I stopped eating sweets, crisps etc.
Fast forward to today. I’ve lost around 7 stone. I went from 20 stone ( 127KG, 280 pounds) right now I weigh 13 stone ( 82KG, 182 pounds) and I feel great. I have energy. I have confidence and I drive.
Losing weight has to be one of the biggest and best things I’ve ever done (apart from my kids obviously). I play with the kids, I go out way more and I barely play on my Xbox because I have energy and I want to burn it.
Food wise. I’m eating a lot less. I’m drinking more. I watch what I eat. I’ve also found out I’m lactose intolerant so I’ve had to watch what I eat more carefully.
It’s been quite a journey and I’m still not finished but I’m happy right now.
