Getting back on track

I guess this is a vent, putting things in order for myself and maybe looking for advice.

During covid I (25f) managed to lose 12 kg as social events (so social eating) were cancelled and I started climbing and kickboxing. At my lowest I was 65 kg which was about a month ago. I was proud and started looking into building muscles while still losing fat. Having a goal of being 60 kg (ish) but being okay with 60-65 kg range as I don't wanna stress about weight if it's more muscles than fat.

Now social events have started again. And I have trouble keeping on track. When friends come over for game night they bring my favorite snacks and I can't help myself. Same thing when eating out. I just order what I fancy, but calories are skyrocketing. That's fine once in a while, burt combined with going to festivals (aka drinking quite a lot of beer) and going for take out a bit more often it's not good.

Now it's time to get back on track. Sticking to 3 meals a day with smart snacking (fruit, veggies). Making sure I get to do more sports in my daily life as I love how it makes me feel. Getting things to be a habit, not a temporary must to lose weight.

I can do this! 💪🏻
