Kindly asking for help
My girlfriend has been struggling to lose weight for around 2years now.
She is 27y old and has been around 105 kgs +/- 5 kgs. Her weight fluctuates a lot and has gone down when I can help her or when she feels motivated - for example she dropped down to around 80 kgs within 3 months a while back - however this is short lived and she cannot sustain it. She measures in at around 170 cms height.
I am around 182 cms and weight around 78 - 80 kgs and am well fit, doing martial arts as a hobby.
What can I possibly do to help her? I also work an 8 h job and cannot be with her all the time of the day. She is very sedentary and only goes out if I ask her to. This is further aggravated by her office 8 h job.
She is consistent for around a week if she starts eating healthy, counting calories moderately, and exercising ( always with me ) , however after 1 week she will start having severe cravings and basically undo all the week's work in 1 day by binging heavily.
I really want to help her because with a BMI of around 35, she is starting to have health problems on her knees, heart and several day to day activities such as going camping/beach are impossible.
