aiming lower - 10 pounds to start
i have been complaining about my weight for what has to be 5 years, and all the while it’s just crept up higher and higher. i have tried to be better but it never lasts longer than 2 weeks. i have tried to crash diet and always ended up binging. everyone on reddit told me so but i didn’t believe you guys and now i’m back at square one—not that i ever really left. i’m deciding to focus on a small goal of losing only 10 pounds. i would love some motivation because i feel like it’s such an insignificant and pointless goal even though deep down i know it’s not. what will it take for it to finally click this time so i can actually lose something?
