Am I eating sensibly?

I'm trying to start out on a good foot. I've dieted many, many times. I've lost weight and regained it. I'm trying to cut calories without starving. In the past I've limited myself to 1200 calories a day. I'm trying to get closer to 1800 - 2000 now. I'm 6'2" and 400 pounds and I'm 45 years old if that helps.

Here is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: A sausage and egg McMuffin and hash brown from McDonald's (I know it's not the best choice but I'm trying to get something with a little more protein. I used to have two bec biscuits so this is a big change. MyFitnessPal puts my breakfast at 594 calories)

Snack: Bold flavor chex mix--220 calories

Lunch: 2 chicken thighs with most of the skin removed. 1 cup of brown rice. Brussel sprouts. MyFitnessPal says it was 449 calories.

Dinner: 6 ounce ribeye steak. 1 cup of brown rice. 1 cup of broccoli and cauliflower cooked in the air fryer. MyFitnessPal says it was 657 calories.

My total calories for the day was 1,920 calories. I drank plenty of fluids and I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes after dinner.

Thanks for the help, guys.
