Am I meeting my recommended calorie goals?
I'm 17, 118 kg (dropped down from 130kg since January this year) and I'm 188cm tall. I eat 2k calories a day for my weight loss but every calorie calculator/site I use online says I need 3-4k calories a day to lose weight.
I feel good on my current 2000 calorie diet and eating 3k+ calories just seems like A LOT. I don't think I was eating 4k calories while I was getting fat lmao.
Is my 2k calories too little for my height and bw or are the calculators just off by a mile?
