doctor says I need 900 cals a day
Hi 👋🏾, I have been an athlete all my life at 140lbs but since I've been on different medications and got an iud for health reasons I've had trouble keeping the weight off. I used to swim laps 2 hours a day momday - Sunday and I used to run but it turned to walking the heavier I got. My doctor told me I should only take in 900 cals a day bc even with calorie counting at 1200 and swimming and running it was not working. Im sure the medications i take have permanantly messed up my metabolism and I've kind of have given up now so I'm sedentary, I did lose at 900 cals a day plus weight loss drug but it came back once another doctor told me to get off of the weight loss drug . Any advice or any people out there with the same issues?
