Getting toned
I started my fitness journey March 2021. I lost a total of around 30 pounds by consistently eating 1,500 calories. I went from 155 lbs to 125 lbs. I upped my calories months ago, and been eating at maintenance (around 2,100 cals). I have been lifting light dumbbells (5-10 pounds). I do have some muscle definition, but I would like more. I seem to have a decent amount of fat which covers my abs/legs. If I do a small cut of 2,100 (what I’m currently eating) to 1,800 for a few weeks, will this help burn that fat and reveal the muscle underneath?
