Habit
Okay- I am/was doing okay….I lose about 20Lbs then maintain for 2 months, do it again and again. I’ve lost around 60Lbs now. I have about the same to go and am at the stage I need to start on my next 20. This time however it’s hard….. I’m not hungry particularly but I’m eating out of pure habit! I’ve begun snacking in the evening, I’ve been eating some sweets. (I stress I’ve not put weight on- yet) it’s like I’m goading/ pushing myself to see how much I can eat before I put any on….
Any tips for stopping bad habits or getting g out of this mindset !?
