Hitting a wall this cut. Advice welcomed.

Hello!

I’m hitting a wall this cut and hopefully some of you can provide some insight.

I’m a 5’6 male at 160lbs trying to cut down to 150lbs.

My calories are set at 1,745 right now which should be about a pound a week according to most online calculators. I’ve had success last year at this calorie range.

I’ve been stuck at 160 for 2 months now. It usually fluctuates between 158-161

I do an upper/lower split 4 days a week.

I’ve also started a challenge at work last month where I have to do 900 miles (run, walk, or bike) by mid September. I’ve been averaging 9 miles a day on top of my normal workout routine.

My frustration is I thought I’d be losing TOO MUCH weight with all the extra cardio so I was thinking I’d be adding some calories over the course of this cut. However, I’m stuck.

I’m accurate with tracking so I’m a bit lost. Advice?
