How do I stop craving food?
I am really struggling to stop craving food and spending my free time eating. I put money into my locked savings account so I don’t have money to buy junk food but when I’m with my boyfriend, we both go out and get food with other money.
I’ve gained a lot of weight since being with him because we like to eat. I want to stop but I don’t know how. I crave junk food so much. I was doing really well for a few weeks when we spent time apart but then I had an argument with my family and I’ve been staying with my bf and I’ve gone back to eating like crap. I really need advice.
I don’t like how I feel mentally about weight loss and weight gain. I have had an eating disorder before and I don’t want to hate food again.
I feel like I can’t leave the house due to my weight. I am not noticeably overweight as I am a 6ft female and I wear baggy clothing, but when I’m invited to go clubbing, I refuse due to my size. You can definitely see I’m chunky especially in my legs, butt and upper arms. I used to be 75-80kg and now I’m assuming I’m 110-120kg. I haven’t weighed myself in months because I am too scared and I know it will damage my mental health.
Can anyone please help me?
