Losing weight during weeks off
I’ve had a couple of weeks off counting due to anxiety. I’ve still tried to make vaguely sensible choices, but I have definitely snacked more and had bigger dinners. I also haven’t gone for a run in two weeks.
I have weighed myself at the end of each week and I am still losing weight - around a pound each time.
Should I be concerned? I’m worried this is ‘unintentional weight loss’.
Or is it possible that the weight gain/plateau from my two weeks off hasn’t happened yet?
My stats: 29F, SW: 199, CW: 171, GW: 135. Normally eating around 1400 calories a day and jogging three times a week for 25 mins.
