losing weight on bulk
hi guys I’m 6’1 and weight around 131 pounds so underweight. I was eating around 3200 calories for several weeks and gained a few of pounds so i decided to starert doing daily pushups like a lot of pushups to failure everyday just to do some sports and try to not put on only fat But as soon as i started this type of workout i started losing like 2 pounds per day. I do look bigger in chest and triceps but losing weight. How is it possible? Did I need to increase my caloric intake? Because for my weight i think 3200 are enough to bulk as also i work from home so I dont spend much other calories
