Needing advice, I can’t figure out what’s going on.
I’m 37, 5’ 6 or 7 not sure 189 pounds. BMR 1675 female, being sedatary . My daily calorie intake allowed is 1264. I weigh/ measure my food including liquid (nothing goes in my body without being added to my daily calories), I have been getting good sleep, not stressed or sore, staying hydrated, using the bathroom and currently not “that time of the month.” Foods have been chicken, fish, steak, eggs, bananas, protein bars, salad, tons of veggies, hummus and coffee cream. Nothing else has entered my body in two weeks.
Activity level, I’m on my feet 8 hours a day at work, walking, up and down ladders, lifting heavy items. Normally get between 10,000 to 15,000 steps (according to my watch) a day.
I have not had a “cheat” day and have been active on the weekends. I have not gone over my calorie allowance, but I have came up short here and there. I have not been hitting the gym for about 22 days. Started out in April at 222pounds and now I am at 189.
I think that’s all the relevant information. Anyways, I am a little bit frustrated because I have been stuck at 189, for over a week. I have ruled out everything I can think of that would make the scale not move. What is going on? I can understand if I only lost 1 pound a week, but that’s not even happening. Just maintaining 189.
