Plateau already?
Hi everyone. I’m a 5’2”F and my starting weight was 181lbs, I was totally sedentary. About two weeks into counting calories and walking for an hour each day (~3.5 miles), I got down to 168lbs. I’ve since been stuck at 170-172 for about two weeks. I eat 1200 calories a day, based on my TDEE. I know the initial weight loss could be water weight but I’m just curious as to why the scale hasn’t been moving. My question is, is it normal to be stuck already? Is there something I’m missing that I should be doing?
