Scared of increasing my calories
F - 25, 5’7, SW: 210 pounds, CW: 152 pounds.
Its took me 2 years but I have lost the weight I feel like I need to lose for me, however, after losing so much weight without the gym I am now soft and a bit flabby everywhere. 2 months ago I started the gym and weight lifting, but everyone keeps telling me I need to be eating at maintenance at least but ideally in a surplus to lose weight and actual tone up and change my body shape.
I totally get this, I really do, but my mind will just not let me, ive spent 2 years being so restrictive, im petrified of putting on any weight at all and I just can’t let myself up my calories. But I know its the only way??? How do I let go of this mind set, I cant have my hard work going to waste because my mind wont let me do what I know I need too
