Bloated even though I’m calorie counting and walking on the treadmill.

Age: 21 | H: 5’3 | SW: 211 | CW: 204 | GW: 130

I’m eating around 1,200-1,350 calories a day and doing 15 minute walks (usually 1 mile for me) twice a day, one in the morning and one before I go to bed. I don’t have that hungry feeling in the morning and I usually stop eating before 8:30pm and just drink water. Throughout the day, I don’t typically feel hungry either. I do snack during the day but it’s just weird for me because I’m barely eating as much as I used to which would be around 3,500 calories or more.

I’m tracking everything to a T. I have been wearing my apple watch daily and logging every meal/snack/liquid using MyFitnessPal.

I have no clue if this is normal or not or it could just be undiagnosed IBS lol.
