Gaining weight in big calorie deficit?
Pretty much what the title says- I weight almost a kilo more than i did yesterday, despite a sizable calorie deficit, plenty of water, and regular exercise. Am I missing something? For context, yesterday I ate 970 calories and burned 3300.
To clarify, I'm not intentionally eating >1200 per day, it's just where my body feels full lately. I don't want anyone to think that I am crash dieting or anything - this is my average over the last several weeks, and the amount of food I've eaten is about the same; just choosing healthier options recently.
