I'm 17 and 300lbs, I need help

For context, I'm female and have been overweight at every stage of my life. When my brother was still alive my parents would often get takeout for dinner since he had very specific tastes and they wanted to make his life as comfortable as possible (he had cancer and autism, my parents tried to acconadate him as best as they could)

Of course this meant me and my sister also ate takeout multiple times a week, I believe this is where my problems started. After my brother died, my family would treat me with food. Like huge candy bars or those suger tubes- it didn't help that obesity was common in my family, I grew up thinking my eating habits and weight were normal.

As I grew up so did my weight. I was 200lbs at 12 years old. 300 at 15. I've tried dozens of diets, but nothing sticks. I actually have a passion for weight lifting, and im quite strong! Unfortunately I struggle with depression and some form of nuerodivergentsy, which affects my motivation.

I love sports but my weight is holding me back, I don't like how I look in the mirror or how I feel. But it seems like I just can't change. I really need help. What can I do to keep my motivation going? Even if I can't get motivated how can do make myself follow through anyways? Any tips would be useful. Thank you
