what is your main motivation/reason for wanting to lose weight?
Everytime i try to lose wight there always comes a time where I have to decide between giving up or continuing to try and stick to my plan and whenever this happens I find myself giving in easily because I don't have a solid reason or motivation for wanting to lose weight. At most I feel like I want to be attractive to others but that feels superficial to me and the fear of having loose skin after all the work makes this goal feel unrealistic. I sometimes try to tell myself that it'll give me a longer life but at times I can start to feel like life doesn't have that much to offer anyway.
I would appreciate some of your reasons so that I can maybe get some inspiration from them and better understand how to come up with a reason thats going to be motivating.
