Is this normal?
Hey there,
I'm currently working on my weight loss goals I started at 315 in April and and I've managed to reach 279 by sticking with a deficit and Walking alot however when I hit 279 I stayed at that weight for 2 days and then I got sick with a cold that lasted about 3 days and I jumped all the way up to 287 and stayed there for 2 or 3 days and I've spent the last week and a half trying to get back down to 279 I'm currently at 282. my question is is this normal? how can I weigh 279 then jump up 7 lb in a couple days and have to work all that off again as a note I drink plenty of water and I'm on a diuretic
I've tried looking around to see if I could find any posts of similar nature with no luck so any insight would be appreciated
