(Pics) F25 5'2 - 132lbs --> 114lbs. Still not where I want to be. Help!

Hi all.

I've recently lost about 18lbs and I'm now sitting at 112-114lbs. I still feel "jiggly" - which I suspect is from a high body fat percentage. I don't currently do any exercise and I have no idea where to begin. I have ADHD which makes building habits extremely difficult. I've tried various YouTube videos but I get bored very quickly. I also have BDD (related to my face, not my weight), which means I'm far too insecure to go and join a gym, so anything would have to be at home. I've recently bought a treadmill (mainly to make sure I don't just rot in my bedroom when I'm feeling too insecure to go outside lol) so I'm wondering whether a couch to 5k thing could be a good start. I just have a few more weeks to wait as I'm only 6 weeks post-op from an abdominal surgery.

Here are my pictures: https://imgur.com/a/oNd34o3

The first lot are my current weight. I'd like to lose the fat around my waist and thighs in particular, but in order to do that with calories I'd need to be eating 950 cals (my deficit at -500), which to me is verging on starving myself. I feel comfortable eating 1400-1600. I've also included a pic of me at my initial weight, and a picture of a girl I'd love to look like.

Any help or comments appreciated. For some reason I think the pictures are quite sliming, I definitely don't look that trim in real life.

TLDR: lost some weight, still feel big and jiggly, want to tone up but no idea where to start.
