Others who've lose significant weight, do you find it hard to sleep in any position other than your back?
[M, 22, 5'11, 174] I've been very fat for as long as I remember, peaked at 335lbs and stayed there for probably 5 years, couple years back I decided to lose weight and have been in the mid 180s-175s since January.
When I was fat I would LOVE to sleep on my stomach and side, it felt so comfortable. Now my whole body is very boney and natty weight lifting ensures that itll remain like this for another couple years at least. I can't sleep on my stomach because I feel the bottom of my ribs being (bent?), can't sleep on my side even with a pillow because my hip kind feels weird sunk into the bed. Sleeping on my back is fine tho and pretty comfortable, but even then feeling my entire abdomen sink well past my ribcage line feels odd. I'm not losing sleep or even getting bad sleep, I've just lose many other positions. Anyone else experienced this?
Also unrelated, but, again to those who've lose tons of weight, do you find that now your bones creak and crack a lot just in everyday life? Also that minor falls and bumps hurt a lot more now since there's little to nothing protecting the bones? Just curious, it's something I would've never considered in a million years when I started but now deal with every day lol. Also my tailbone and ass hurt so much after sitting for more than 30min at a time now which kinda sucks.
