Basics: Push Ups / Core Strengths 101
Im starting to go back into losing weight after a long slump last year. In the middle of having tried different types of home workouts on youtube, I felt the need to develop my core strength.
With this may I ask -- how can effectively increase / develop my core strength so I may be able to do push ups without my arms collapsing after a few tries lmao :,,,) this as well as finally being able to plank without the need to rest in between my set
