I want to begin a diet (FOR REAL THIS TIME!)

Hello, I'm Chey, I'm a 23 year old female. I have always been on the bigger side, but am currently at my all time biggest weight.

My fiance and I got together in 2017 , at the time I was roughly 200/210 and 5'4. We have had a child in 2018, 2019 and then 2021. Barley giving my body time to get back to normal. I also lost my mom tragically in 2021 a few weeks before giving birth and I think loosing her and post pardom mixed and put me in a huge depression. I did nothing but eat and sleep and eat again.

Fast-forward I am now well over 300lbs but don't know an exact number because I'm to scared to step on the scale. My weight is starting to have effects on my every day life. It's hard for me to just get up and down out of bed, let alone run around and play with my children. Finding clothes that comfortably fit and the bottom of my belly doesn't hang out in is tough.

I need some REAL advice on how to loose weight. I don't drink water but I also don't drink pop. And keep in mind any type of excersing or anything my kids will be with me I am a full time stay at home mother. Eating healthier is a hard option bc where I live processed foods and pastas are our cheapest options and I am poor lol.

Any and all advice is welcomed and I appreciate you for reading through this entire mess.
