Still struggling, looking for help!
I posted a few weeks ago, talking about how I was struggling to lose weight due to a possible hormonal imbalance. You guys came through for me, so I’m hoping you all come through again with some good advice!
So here’s the deal: 28F, looking to lose 10 lbs. My period has been irregular ever since I quit taking the pill last summer. I have been counting calories and walking everyday for at least 30 minutes. Drinking 80 oz of water, eating more fruits & veggies, blah blah blah. My weight is still not budging.
Anyone have any advice for me? Literally, anything is welcome!
