Why am I not losing Weight ?
So I started hitting the gym 3 months ago,I was around 135kg when i started,Im now 112. But ive not been losing Weight this week,Idk what's wrong,I eat a proper diet and go to the gym everyday(EVen sundays) . My daily routine is basically ,Drink coffee-Gym-Post workout snack-Lunch-Crunches&Squats(100-150)-Watch anime-Dinner-Walk like 4km-5km . I even tried eating less and burning more calories but the result is still the same . What am i doing wrong?
