Advice to stop late night hunger?

Okay so lately I haven’t been waking up in the middle of the night and I’ve been STARVING. I don’t know what causes it, or how to stop it. If I’m being totally honest, sometimes it’s the munchies but that’s not a common occurrence lol. I feel like if the only happened then it wouldn’t be a big deal, but it happens much more than that. I would say it happens 3-4 nights a week. And it’s really frustrating because I want to stay on top of what I’m doing. Does anyone have suggestions? I’ve heard the whole “fiber rich foods, will power, blah blah blah”. Anyone have anything else that might work?
