Weight loss journey

hey guys i am a 22F trying to lose weight after gaining almost 30 pounds from stress. I currently eat 1900 calories a day, i’ve incoorporated healthy eating and i jump rope for 15-20 minutes or walk on 10 incline and 2.0 speed on the treadmill for 30 min 5 days a week. I’ve been doing this for about a month but i’ve only lost 2 pounds.

Am i doing something wrong ? Should I continue this workout regimen ? or am i losing weight at a really slow pace?
