Need some help dealing with some family, and my weight loss

So where to start as this has been a long journey. I guess a summary for everybody of where I am at, and a timeline.

Started diet Jan 4, 2022 for my wedding and starting weight was 280 lbs. essentially wanted to get in shape and do the dirty dancing loft for wedding.

Wedding day was Aug 28. Lost 37 lbs by this point, and put on a lot muscle.

Aug 29-Sept 11 honey moon. Gained 2 lbs so weight was 245 by the time I got back.

Sept 15 started diet again, and first weigh in was same day. Was 243.6, weigh in again on sept 16 was 242.6 (very happy, also forgot to eat enough calories)

Wife starts to say how she liked fat me, and wants me to stay at this weight (still not healthy body weight), and the whole range of emotions that comes with me has me losing focus. She jokes about me being a blob with no muscle tone (this hurts to hear as I can lift 175 lbs (started at 20 lbs) but not much is showing cuz I’m fat), also keeps making fat jokes at my expense (still sensitive to it)

Any advice on how to proceed with this is greatly appreciated.
