7 weeks 5kg lost , one milestone down
Im happy that I completed the milestone, 5 more to go Archived it by calorie counting and some YouTube home workouts and walking.
I eat on average 1300 calories and I'm not very active throughout the day, i tried eating more calories and working out more but i keep failing so I start doing it my way. Eating more protein and slightly less carbs helped me a lot.
Iam not seeing any physical changes and inch loss yet but I'm feeling pretty confident that I'll see much more when I'll loose 10kg in total.
Thanks everyone for motivating everyday with success stories. I did take a photo in the starting hopefully i will post a before and after post in few months.
