Can't focus on losing weight because of school

I'm a 6'0 M age 14 and I weigh about 240 lbs and I haven't been able to lose any weight for the past few weeks due to school. I walk for around 15-16 mins after dismissal to get to where my dad is parked inside the campus. When I get home, I am usually very hungry and tired which leads me to eating more than usual. I still try to count my calories but sometimes I am too exhausted to care. I stress eat constantly and I end up going over my 1200 calorie goal.

During school, my snack is usually half a sandwich and some fruits (200-300 cals) and for lunch, I have different meals but its usually 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup vegetables and a decent amount of protein. The problem is when I get home, I end up eating a lot of food. Our school just switched from online to onsite classes around 2 months ago and I think my body still isn't used to it. When it was still online classes, I wasn't really getting hungry and my eating was controlled. What should I do so I can still be able to lose weight during classes?
