How bad is it to repeat the same cardio workout daily?
So I have this workout I do daily because it’s the only one I can find that is effective and at the same time allows me to use the limited space I have.
It’s a 30 minute HIIT low impact 1st half, high impact 2nd half workout and I do about 3 a day.
I’ve been doing it for about a week and it’s still tough I swear buckets every time I do it and even feel soreness in my legs but I’m worried that repeating the same one may stunt my progress, should I carry on with it?
I’m not sure how relevant this is but my diet has also changed completely, I’m plant based and eating less.
