Progress after a month (need good words)
Sorry for no pics, there is no point to show them yet.
Month ago I came back to work. Was doing intermittent fasting (16-24 hours a day) almost everyday, 15-18k steps almost everyday.
Lost only 1,5kg, 3,5cm from thighs and 1,5cm from waist. I am very disappointed (because years ago I could easly lose 3-4kg/month), but I know its a lot with all my illnesses that slow the progress.
Can u motivate me a bit please? It is so hard when I know I am doing my best and still lose it so slow just because I am sick (thyroid, depression, pcos, ibs, diverticulitis, after c-section).
Woman, 30yo, 158cm, about 76kg atm
Edit: Please don't try to convince me to stop IF - it used to work very well for me before I got all these illnesses. I feel good when fasting and it was also recommended to me by a doctor. I used to do this for years and not planning to change it.
