🧈 DOUGH INGREDIENTS:

1½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (210g)

¾ cup cream cheese (90g)

2 eggs and 1 egg yolk

1 tbsp sweetener (15g) - erythritol, stevia, monk or any to your taste

1 tsp baking powder (5g)

🧈 FILLING INGREDIENTS:

½ cup butter (70g)

¾ tbsp sweetener (10g)

¾ tbsp cinnamon (10g)

🧈 TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

¾ cup cream cheese (80g)

⅓ cup cream (50ml) + 40ml for the soaking

1 tsp lemon juice (5ml)

1 tsp sweetener (5g)

tbsp almond crumb (25g)

🥑 MACRONUTRIENTS PER CINNAMON ROLL:
